Bee Happy Apiaries, Inc. was officially founded in 2013 but we have been in the Beep Keeping industry since 1998.
Working side by side with some of the largest and well known Bee Keepers in
Central Florida.
HISTORY
We take a natural approach to Bee Keeping to include using natural and essential oils versus any chemicals or antibiotics for the well being and health of our bees and environment.
Our bees are located in Central Florida's Natural Preserves/Protected Lands, where there are no pesticides and no chemicals. The bees are able to forage throughout their natural habitat and produce honey from naturally occurring blooms that occur during different seasons throughout the year in Florida.
During the blooms the bees will take the nectar and pollen's from particularly popular blooms and produce superb raw honey. Some of these blooms are as follows: Tupelo, Orange Blossom, Gallberry,Goldenrod, willow, Maple, Palmetto, Wild Flower, and Brazilian Pepper.
Our natural raw honey is pulled directly from the hive and extracted without any heat. This allows the honey to remain in its natural state with sheer quality and maintaining all its natural elements.
PHILOSOPHY
Each year we select our best stock; in order, to maintain diversity, hygiene, superior production, and strong hives. We breed our bees is remote and isolated areas to keep strong lineage in place, as best as possible.
Our bees consist of Carniolan, Russian Hybrids, and Italians. We feel each breed has its own unique qualities that contributes to the overall honey creation cycle.
